Minipost: Jane Post Coats
I’m constantly on the lookout for small brands with exceptional products–particularly before they get too big and follow “the lifecycle of clothing companies,” as brilliantly coined and illustrated by Muffy Aldrich. I absolutely love to share my finds with you! Today, I wanted to highlight an incredible company that makes the most beautiful coats–Jane Post. Jane Post was founded by Jane Lippman Post, the woman behind the ’70s company Drizzle. I’ve had my eye on the company for a while, and, when going through my fall clothing in preparation for the school year, realized I needed a polished quilted jacket that wasn’t my husband’s. I managed to snag this brilliant reversible one and it’s absolute perfection! I love the collarless style and the length, falling just above the knee. The jacket is olive on one side and stone on the other, so it will go with everything I own. You can find my exact jacket here, and view Jane Post’s other quilted jackets here and here.
So very sad! The coat must be sold out😭because I cannot find it anywhere.
Oh no!! It looks like it may have sold out in the past two days, but I would reach out to them via Instagram and see if they have any left.
